I. General
- Purchasing from me, joining my GOs / SPLITs / PSBYs or availing my services in general **means that you have read and agreed to my terms and conditions.
- No rush orders. No rush shipping.
- Be polite. I do not mind if you do not use the “po” and “opo” honorifics but do not be rude and condescending.
- Rude buyers / joiners will be banned and blacklisted forever.
- To minors, make sure your parents/guardian are aware of your purchase or collecting. I will not be held liable for impulsive and irresponsible purchases.
- To parents, I can not offer refunds if the order has been processed.
- Pasalo is OK! Kindly inform and/or remind me upon receiving the Arrival Notice.

II. On Hand Items
- You may only cancel on hand items under the condition of paying 25% for ₱701 and above & 50% of ₱700 worth of items as the CF.
- An extension of 3 days and LPF of Php 20 per day are automatically applied after the set or agreed DOP.
- Failure to pay the items, LPF or CF will result to being blacklisted, banned and posted for awareness.

III. Pre-Order Items
- Make sure you are 300% sure before placing an order. Cancelation of orders due to change of mind and panic buying is not allowed once form is sent, reply or dm is acknowledged. Doing this twice in a row will result to being blacklisted and banned from joining future GOs, PSBYs, SPLITs and availing my services.
- Be mindful of the set deadlines. You may DM me to check if pahabol orders can still be accepted but payment is PAYO and must be sent within 10 minutes. If you think your payment will be sent later than the set DOP but still within the same day, kindly let me know. I will only shoulder the cost if my funds can cover it. An extension is only possible for 12 hours if permitted by me. Otherwise, orders are automatically cancelled and violation applies.
- Not paying or cancelling especially after asking for an extension will result to being banned, blacklisted and posted for awareness.
- Please understand that everything above is made to avoid and lessen the chances of dealing with irresponsible / bogus buyers and joy reservers especially if the items are covered.

IV. Ban Lift, Blacklist Clearance, Tweet Deletion
- Only possible if CF (50% of the total amount) and LPF are paid.
- Rude buyers / joiners are exempted.

V. Missing Items, Lost or Damaged Parcels
- Unboxing ≠ Refund. In case of missing items from your received parcel, send me a copy or link to your raw or unedited unboxing video for proof so I can send the missing items on the next shipment. LSF will only be shouldered by me if you don't have any other items from me.
- I will not be held liable for any lost and/or damage that occurred during the shipment as it is out of my control.
- Track your own parcel once TN is uploaded in the masterlist, sent via DMs/ Email. Contact me ASAP so I can file for claims to the courier within 30 days.

VI. Pabili or Personal Pasabuy
- I will not be held liable if the seller you bought from is a scammer. I only serve as the middleman between you and the seller to secure your items. Also applied to lost and damages.
